Lian Global Logis Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'the Company') establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
Article 1 (Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection)
The Company collects the following personal information for quote inquiries and service use.
Required items: Contact name, company name, email, phone number
Optional items: Cargo information, additional requests
Collection methods: Website quote inquiry form, phone, email
Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes.
1. Quote provision and service consultation
2. Logistics service contract execution and fulfillment
3. Customer inquiry response and complaint handling
4. Statistical analysis for service improvement
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. Retention periods by data type are as follows.
1. Member account information (name, email, contact, company): Retained until service termination (account withdrawal); destroyed immediately upon withdrawal
2. Quote request information and attachments (B/L, invoice, packing list, etc.): 3 years from service termination
3. Anonymous instant-quote chatbot conversations (chat content, extracted data, IP, UA): 30 days from creation when not converted into a quote request
4. Legal retention: Records of contracts or subscription withdrawal 5 years, records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution 3 years
Article 4 (Procedures and Methods of Personal Information Destruction)
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purpose.
1. When a member requests withdrawal, the account, all quote requests created by the member, and any chatbot conversations and attachments linked to those requests are permanently deleted via database cascade and storage cleanup, with no delay.
2. Anonymous chatbot conversations that were not converted into quote requests are purged from both the database and storage by an automated daily cleanup job after 30 days.
3. Electronic files: Permanently deleted by irreversible methods / Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the data subject. However, exceptions are made when there are special provisions in law or when investigative agencies request information according to procedures and methods prescribed by law.
Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Exercise Methods)
Data subjects may exercise the following rights against the Company at any time.
1. Request to access personal information
2. Request for correction in case of errors
3. Request for deletion
4. Request to suspend processing
The above rights may be exercised through written notice, email, etc., and the Company will take action without delay.

The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to oversee personal information processing, handle complaints, and provide remedy for data subjects.
